Group lessons will work out less expensive than regular private lessons so they can be a more economical way of getting your child started on an instrument.
How do group lessons work?
My group lessons aim to get students learning together, regardless of their level. When you first get in touch to register your interest, I’ll discuss a few things with you to determine whether there is an exisiting group which your child could join or whether we’d need to form a new group.
The material taught in my lessons is taken from popular music: rock, pop, blues, soul songs are used to construct material which is enjoyable and recognisable for children to learn.
All lesson materials are shared with parents digitally after the lesson as well as any relevant details of aspects that we’ve covered in the lesson.
What Will My Child Learn?
When & Where do the lessons take place?
Group lessons are taught from my home, in Guildford (GU2) in a dedicated teaching room. The lessons take place weekly, during term time.
Lessons are charged in advance of each 1/2 term which will consist of between 5-7 weeks.
If you are unable to attend on a given week then I am happy to offer a one-to-one catch up lesson, provided we are able to arrange this, at the reduced price of £12.00 for a 30 minute lesson.
